The United States Senate recently passed the Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (Honoring Our PACT) Act. This new piece of legislation, assuming it passes the House of Representatives, is set to become the biggest expansion to veterans’ disability benefits in decades.
